Lab Leader- Technology Payments Delivery The role Contributes to the overall success of the High Value Payments Engineering globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

What will you do?

Lead 2 – 3 Engineering teams to deliver on global wire payment business values through planning, discovery, execution and learning phases.

Monitor program level risks and dependencies, sharing information with value stream stakeholders.

Identify and address team and program level disfunctions.

Closely collaborate at the program level with peers to ensure effective and efficient communication between teams.

Support program level workshops in training teams on Agile frameworks/methodology.
