L2/L3 SAP SuccessFactors
Description In this role, you will be responsible for operating and evolving SAP SuccessFactors as the HR control tower, covering modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, Talent, and Analytics. You will ensure the stability of production environments while driving functional and technical improvements and supporting global HR processes and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Solid understanding of HR processes and regulations
- Experience with integration tools such as Boomi (ETL)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into solutions
- Experience working in complex, international environments
- Ability to act as a business partner with stakeholders
- Knowledge of SAP Datasphere / SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus
