• Own and drive the remediation book of work, keeping plans on track and outcomes measurable.
• Coordinate analysis on impacted populations, scope, and business impact to support informed decision‑making.
• Lead end‑to‑end root cause analysis—from identifying issues to helping design, deliver, and embed fixes.
• Partner across Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Product to build scalable controls and processes, leveraging strategic infrastructure and intelligent automation where it makes sense.
