Responsibilities

As an Electrical and Automation Maintenance Engineer, you will be part of the maintenance team at the Lappeenranta mill. Your duties include:

• Planning, coordinating, and improving maintenance activities.
• Supervising operators in the electrical and automation department.
• Ensuring maintenance requests proceed smoothly and are executed efficiently, including procurement and coordination of practical implementation.
• Participating in weekly and annual maintenance scheduling and execution as well as basic improvement and development projects in collaboration with other teams.
• Testing and maintaining the mill's sprinkler and fire‑alarm systems.
• Co‑operating closely with your team, production, and external partners to manage the mill’s electrical and automation operations with high quality, cost‑effectiveness, and strong focus on environmental and safety aspects.
