Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate kitchen activities, schedules, and workflows to optimize efficiency.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Liaise between kitchen staff, suppliers, and management to ensure timely deliveries and operations.
- Monitor adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
