Position Details

Job Type Temporary, 6-month maternity leave coverage.

Position Details The incumbent will work closely with the Key Account Team to ensure smooth organisational function and assist with ad hoc administrative duties as required to support operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate geographic regions and Key Account Representatives.
  • Dispatching customer calls.
  • Providing administrative support to various operational teams and departments to ensure effective daily business operations.
  • Maintaining and entering accurate information in accounting and field management databases.
  • Other duties as required to support business needs.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities

  • Provide support with planning and advertising of employee engagement activities (potlucks, barbeques, winter carnival events, etc).
