Staffpoint is hiring a Head Chef for Lapland Hotels Oloksella's Hirsiravintola kitchen for the 2026‑2027 season.

Employment is full‑time, beginning no later than 28 October 2026 and ending approximately 14 April 2027. The contract is between the employee and StaffPoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the kitchen.
• Maintain and develop quality in line with the restaurant concepts.
• Create and sustain a positive working atmosphere.
• Handle kitchen back‑office tasks such as ordering and inventory management using Micros.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Speak Finnish and English.
• Have strong expertise, especially in buffet operations, and a passion for improving them.
