Position Details
Responsibilities - Assist in planning and implementing project master plans and departmental timetables
- Support coordination between departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Follow up on project timelines, deliverables and reporting tools
- Assist in budget tracking and administrative follow-up
- Support sponsor and stakeholder coordination when required
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal procedures
Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, events or sales support (preferred)
- Organizational and time‑management skills, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- CRM knowledge is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
