We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Service Desk Engineer to join our multilingual team based in Barcelona, acting as the first point of contact for IT support and supporting a diverse community of users across Europe. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our laboratories, offices, and VIP users across more than 500 sites.
Working in a collaborative and international environment, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support and maintaining a positive user experience.
