Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to help ensure the correct operation of our corporate systems, equipment, and applications for our regional area. You will be part of a collaborative and international team, where learning is constant and the entrepreneurial spirit is part of our culture.

What You Will Do

• Respond to and register incidents on the help desk, diagnose and resolve equipment and software failures, provide support to users on Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace, and manage user additions, deletions, and modifications in Active Directory.
