We are supporting a global HR/IT project that requires a professional to act as a communication bridge between local teams and international stakeholders (mainly India).

This is not a pure translation role — we are looking for someone with a background in IT or HR environments , who can support meetings, understand the context, and ensure clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings with global teams and vendors
• Support communication between Portuguese and English speakers during calls
• Ensure clarity in discussions involving HR processes and IT topics
• Assist with the translation of emails, meeting notes, and basic documentation
• Help align stakeholders by clarifying context when needed
