• Execute domestic and international procurement of raw materials, APIs, excipients, and packaging materials
• Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in ERP systems (D365 or similar)
• Perform continuous order follow-up (confirmations, lead times, deliveries, and invoicing)
• Work in alignment with demand planning and production
• Maintain operational relationships with approved suppliers
• Conduct RFQs, comparative analyses, and support negotiations
• Monitor import and export logistics processes
• Ensure correct application of Incoterms and contractual terms
