Junior–Intermediate Intern Architect/Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior – Intermediate Intern Architect/Designer to support the Development Department in advancing multi‑family, mixed‑use, and office‑to‑residential conversions, as well as smaller‑scale portfolio positioning and value‑add projects from early feasibility through approvals, permitting, and delivery.

The role contributes to building and interior design development, project coordination, design standards, and portfolio‑wide design initiatives, and works closely with senior leadership to support project execution, enhance design quality, and evolve new product and amenity concepts across the portfolio.
