**Junior Field Services Analyst**
As an **Junior Field Services Analyst**, you will be responsible for ensure the availability and smooth operation of IT/IS services in your location. You will be the first point of contact for on-site IT support and will work to continuously improve these services alongside the IT team.
**In this role, you will**:
Helpdesk and On-Site Support: Respond to and resolve IT issues for users.
Desktop Management: Configure and maintain computers, including preparing machines for new users.
User Administration: Manage user accounts.
Local Infrastructure Operations: Server, printing, and local area network (LAN) support.
