The Data Conversion Engineer plays a pivotal role in implementing Computer‑Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) systems by converting legacy real and personal property assessment and taxation data into modern platforms. This position is responsible for the full lifecycle of data conversion—from source analysis to transformation, validation, and loading—ensuring data integrity, consistency, and alignment with jurisdiction‑specific assessment requirements.

What you Will do

• Analyze legacy CAMA and tax system data structures to develop data mapping to the target CAMA solution. Solicit support from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and clients to complete data mapping.
• Design, build, and maintain ETL processes using SQL and scripting tools to convert parcel, valuation, ownership, sales, exemptions, and building characteristics data. Additionally convert Personal Property data including ownership, asset, original cost, purchase year, and dep...
