This is a high-output, execution-first creative role focused on performance advertising for direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands.
You will generate ideas, prepare brief, and organize large volumes of ad concepts, hooks, scripts, and insights that feed into a senior Creative Director & in-house design team. Your territory covers all core paid channels like Meta, Tiktok, AppLovin, Youtube/Google, X, Reddit etc.
Your goal is to produce strong raw ad ideas, learn fast, and ship consistently .
If you enjoy analyzing why ads work, researching ads, writing short-form scripts, spotting patterns in high-performing creatives, and honing in your skills with a sharp team, this role fits.
