Your Profile
Language Skills: Native or C2 level in German, and B2 level in English.
Experience: Previous customer service experience is required.
Technical Skills: Advanced PC knowledge and the ability to work with multiple applications.

Your Responsibilities
Provide outstanding support to consumer electronics customers via inbound calls.
Assist with sales, aftersales, delivery queries, and product-related issues.
Troubleshoot technical problems using your knowledge of products and resources.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Meet performance KPIs including NPS, AHT, FCR, and QA scores.
