Incumbents interview customers for unemployment insurance programs; explain program policies and procedures to customers; refer customers to other agency programs; review customer data and provide customer assistance; perform related work as required. This position requires travel throughout the Commonwealth up to four days per week. The incumbent will provide in-person services for offices in the Southeast region.
