Key Responsibilities
Tele-Communication:
Handle all real-time incoming calls during shift hours.
Conduct first-level calls with new leads from all lead generation platforms.
Follow up on missed calls and track the status until closure or drop.
Engage with current/past clients for cross-selling or up-selling of services.
Perform cold-calling activities to generate new leads.
Record all client interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Lead Management:
Transfer high-value potential leads to the Center In-charge.
Collaborate with the Center In-charge for lead generation strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Follow up with leads from marketing camps or external events.
Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date and accurate MIS reports.
