About the role
We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. You will be the go-to person for Italian-speaking customers — handling their questions, solving issues, and delivering a great experience across phone, email, and chat.
What you will do
- Handle inbound requests from Italian-speaking customers and resolve them efficiently
- Log and track interactions accurately in CRM tools
- Escalate complex cases to the right internal teams
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality initiatives
What we are looking for
- Italian at C1/C2 level — written and spoken (mandatory)
- English at a working level (B1 or above)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus — motivated newcomers welcome
