Position Summary

Nuborrow is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Level 1 Help Desk Agent to join our IT team. In this role, you will provide first-line technical support to employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organization. You will manage support requests, maintain standardized work environments, and help drive efficiency through effective triaging and resolution of IT issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues
