My Dublin City Centre based client is recruiting for an IT Support Engineer (Level 2) to join a growing team. This is a permanent role and will be fully onsite. The IT Support Engineer will support and maintain the firms Microsoft-based IT environment. The role involves providing advanced technical support across Microsoft 365, Azure, desktop systems, networking, and end-user services in a fast-paced professional environment. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and remote users. Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. Administer Azure / Entra ID, Intune, MFA, and user access management. Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, networking, VPN, printer, and hardware issues. Assist with server support, Active Directory, patching, and backups.
