Your responsibilities:
Provide first- and second-line IT support through the Global IT Service Desk, ensuring consistent service delivery and adherence to SLAs and KPIs across portal, phone, and chat channels.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues across Windows and macOS environments, including support for Office 365 and soft‑phone systems.Install, configure, and maintain standard IT hardware and software, delivering both onsite and remote support while ensuring the smooth operation of regional office environments and conference room AV systems.Collaborate with Corporate IT Service Teams on third-line escalations and contribute to IT initiatives, including the deployment of new technologies and participation in project activities.Support remote and regional offices as needed, including occasional domestic and international travel to assist with IT operations and infrastr...
