Become a crucial part of WELL Health Diagnostic Centres as an IT Support Analyst. Deliver Level 1 and 2 support for various IT devices and applications in a dynamic healthcare environment.
This role reports to the Director of IT and involves supporting desktops, printers, and mobile devices in Ontario’s largest network of diagnostic health facilities. You will assist healthcare professionals by resolving technical issues related to EMR/EHR systems, manage user accounts, and ensure system reliability for patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for hardware
• Troubleshoot software, network, and application issues
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and user requests
• Install and maintain Windows operating systems
• Support Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams and OneDrive
