About the Role:

As an IT Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical management of our IT infrastructure and workplaces across several sites in the Benelux region (Oldenzaal, Steenbergen, Hoofddorp, and Beuningen). You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of all IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and data centers.

You will manage the service provider(s) and ensure that your colleagues can perform their jobs seamlessly every day.

As we are still in a growth phase within both the IT department and the company, we currently operate with a hybrid model of insourced and outsourced activities. We aim to gradually transition to a fully outsourced model. This transition will be challenging, as you will need to manage the change from insourced to outsourced services.
