Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide professional patient support.
• Handle daily front-desk tasks and coordinate communication with clinic staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain basic security tools (firewalls, VPNs, antivirus, intrusion detection).
• Monitor systems, perform vulnerability checks, and assist with incident response.
