Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5+ years of experience working with EDR solutions (experience with CrowdStrike is a strong advantage).
• Proven experience deploying CrowdStrike in enterprise environments.
• Experience migrating from other Antivirus/EDR solutions to CrowdStrike.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Falcon installation issues and sensor communication problems.
• Experience managing policies, host groups, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
