On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for the position of IT Sales Director (M/K). Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales strategy for OSS/BSS solutions across the Polish, Swedish, and UK markets Identify and acquire new clients through proactive lead generation and business development activities Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and needs analysis to negotiation and closing deals Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers and partners Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders Collaborate closely with technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution positioning and implementation Contribute to continuous improvement of the sales process, including contract documentation and commercial strategy Represent the company during busi...
