The LATAM IT Operations Manager oversees the regional delivery of IT services—including applications, infrastructure, end‑user computing, cybersecurity, asset management, workplace services, and ITSM—ensuring service stability, operational efficiency, and alignment with regional strategic guidelines set by the LATAM IT Business Partner and key LW IT SMEs in the U.S. The role is primarily managerial, with strong emphasis on vendor governance, SLA performance, and the coordinated execution of daily operations across the region.
Additionally, the role provides regional oversight and operational accountability for SAP service delivery, ensuring stable, reliable, and business‑aligned SAP operations in partnership with global teams and AMS providers.
