You’ll report to the Product Manager, Digital WorkEnvironment, and will help improve the user experience by optimizing collaboration tools and electronic content management. You’ll also handle daily activities involved in supporting, analyzing and configuring systems and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

You’ll work closely with various stakeholders across the firm, your team members and other IT teams (development, business intelligence, infrastructure and the Halo Service Centre).
