We are seeking a talented individual to join our Colleague Tech team at Marsh. This role will be based in a hybrid location with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an IT Business Analyst, you will translate business strategies into clear business requirements and ensure traceability to IT solutions. You will analyze and design current and future business processes, providing clear data element definitions. You will collaborate with global teams across strategy, finance, and project-based activities.
