The IT Service Desk Intern supports daily IT operations by assisting with technical support requests, device provisioning, account management, and documentation. This role provides hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments while developing foundational skills in troubleshooting, customer service, and IT service management processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and access-related issues
+ Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including laptop provisioning and account setup
+ Troubleshoot basic Windows and macOS issues
+ Support password resets, MFA enrollment, and access requests
+ Document incidents and requests in the IT service management system (e.g., ServiceNow)
