About the Role:

PRT is seeking a seasonal Irrigation Specialist to work at our PRT Hybrid Nursery in Pitt Meadows, BC. As a key member of the forest nursery grow team, the Irrigation Specialist will assist in the growing of tree seedlings used for reforestation. The Irrigation specialist is responsible for mixing fertilizers and checking EC readings, using and maintaining the irrigation system as well as assisting in any nursery related duties.  Candidates should have a desire and keenness to learn about the forest seedling nursery activities, keep accurate records, work independently and efficiently. Majority of the work will be done outdoors with exposure to temperature extremes at times.
