Job Description
We are seeking an Investor Centre Specialist Bilingual to provide service to Fidelity’s existing clients and support advisor and dealer head office inquiries. The role requires accurate and courteous client interaction across various communication channels, first‑contact resolution, and continuous improvement of client data processes.
Qualifications
- Current work authorization for Canada.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre environment within financial services.
- Post‑secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Bilingual in English and French (verbal & written).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Knowledge of Fidelity products, policies and procedures, and current market conditions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
