Responsibilities:
Launching Canadian-domiciled investment funds (mutual funds, ETFs) for retail and institutional markets.Advising on National Instruments 81-102, 81-106, 81-107 compliance.Supporting product development team on new fund launches.Providing day-to-day legal counsel on asset management matters.
