Responsibilities - Advise clients on equity and debt transactions in the Infrastructure, TMT & Logistic industries.
- Execute M&A, ECM and PF Advisory transactions: sales, acquisitions, mergers, capital raises, restructurings, fairness opinions, and valuation reports.
- Analyze historical financial information of companies, industry, market, and economic data.
- Collaborate with the Product / Country Manager and Bankers in the origination of operations/deals (pitches, Request for Proposals, price & conditions, etc.).
