Responsibilities

• Working directly with a team of Investment Advisors to focus on client relationships and build a sustainable wealth management business.
• Assisting Investment Advisors with processing and confirming client transactions.
• Dealing directly with all clients, providing quotes and executing trading orders.
• Maintaining account lists and compiling statistical information and reports.
• Processing and following up on client documentation for proper account maintenance.
• Assisting with servicing existing clients.
• Participating in developing the wealth business using various marketing initiatives.
• Performing additional administrative duties as required.
