What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing daily stock accuracy and cycle counts on the Warehouse Management System.
• Leading a small team of Inventory Coordinators; optimizing labour, scheduling pick lists, assigning daily tasks.
• Working alongside the warehouse team to refine organization and space optimization.
• Monitoring and analyzing department KPIs; implementing course‑correcting strategies as necessary.
