Intern Customer Success Manager (CSM) – Spanish Market
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support to clients in conducting their surveys, including: on‑boarding customers on the back‑office, presentation of functionalities, accompaniment in parameterization of the survey throughout the project, and closing of the survey and accreditation.
- Detect customer needs by identifying and reporting to the Country Manager/Account Executive for an up‑sell logic.
- Participate and take responsibility in cross‑functional projects aimed at improving the customer experience on the platform.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master program, seeking a second internship or graduation.
- Experience in an HR or SaaS environment is a plus.
- Apprentice with a strong appetite for HR concepts, employer branding, recruitment, and project management.
