Within the Legal Business Line, the Domiciliation team provides clients with domiciliary and corporate secretary services.
The team provides support for traditional investment funds/vehicles (“Mainstream”) and alternative investment funds/vehicles such as real estate, infrastructure, private equity and private debt, etc.
(“PEREs”).
 The role of the Corporate Support Officer is to work in collaboration with the Corporate Officer and to support a portfolio of clients throughout the legal lifecycle of Mainstream and PEREs undertakings for collective investment funds (“UCI”) and corporate entities for which CACEIS acts as a service provider.
For this internship main activities are:
