POSITION AND MISSIONS You join the Residential Asset Management team within the Asset Management France of AEW, which is looking for a Assistant Asset Manager Residential, for an internship of 6 months from March .

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

Participate in the management of SPCI and Senior Residences managed by the AM team;

Vallider of application files for rentals;

Carry out reports on marketing follow-ups (sales and rentals);

Prepare sales files for validation by compliance, (with the AM) ; 

Prepare weekly, quarterly monthly reports with accounting and ADB data.
