International Business Developer at Hilti is a leadership role part of the global Hilti community. As an International Business Developer you will be focusing on a portfolio of Global Accounts (EPCs and Equipment Manufacturers) important for the Hilti business. You will develop and own a tailored customer strategy and lead its execution to increase adoption of Hilti solutions. You will also coordinate a worldwide team associated with these account(s).

What You'll do

  • Accountable for the Development of global accounts (EPCs and Equipment Manufacturers) operating in the Energy and New Energy business (Hydrogen, CCUS and Power-2-X) through account standardization, project specification, sales development (direct or indirect) and multi-level relationship management in a view of increasing Hilti relevance and impact in large projects.
