The Primary Care Locum Tenens opportunity has multiple locations in the Bay Area, California

Duration: Immediate start with ongoing coverage
Location: Multiple Bay Area locations: San Jose, Castro Valley, Los Gatos
Schedule: Monday-Friday. Will consider 3-5 days a week
Shift: 8 am to 5 pm
Call: No Call requirements
Scope: Outpatient Primary care (Family or Internal Medicine)
Patient Volume: 16 patients per physician on day shift
EMR: Must have Epic experience
Required: Active California License, Board Certified or Board Eligible
