Urgent Care Physician (MD or DO) Georgia

Schedule: PRN shifts. Minimum commitment of 6 to 8 shifts per month. Common shift options include 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Travel and Lodging: Limited. Lodging may be available for consecutive work days and mileage may be reimbursed after 60 miles round trip.

Position Overview

Urgent Care coverage with ongoing PRN shifts

Solo provider model with MA support (some locations may also have RN or LPN support)

Clinical Details

Setting: Urgent Care

Typical cases: general urgent care including testing, X rays, sutures, 12 lead EKG reads, and physicals

Patient volume: up to 4 patients per hour

Ages: 2 and up

EMR: Experity (Velocidoc)
