Support our portfolio companies in the transformation of their sales and/or marketing organisation and the implementation of defined measures on site
Analyse problems and develop concrete improvement initiatives and implement them on your own responsibility
Realise practical quick wins and minimise cash bleeding
Work with the local team and Mutares colleagues to develop a sales strategy to increase sales and profitability, e.g. by entering new markets, introducing new products and adjusting prices
Review and evaluate the customer base and product portfolio and help implement rationalisation and/or repositioning
Also gain experience through regular interaction with other functional areas of the Mutares team on site (production, finance, supply chain, etc.)
