What You Will Do
Provide underwriting exceptions to specialty line guidelines when necessary while maintaining a profitable portfolio Revising existing underwriting guidelines and/or establishing new underwriting guideline while ensuring its within the organization’s risk appetite Conduct audits and generate audit reports Maintain in-force policies and ensure all policies are issued within service standards with the appropriate wordings, schedules, and certificates attachedDevelop and maintain excellent working relationship with MGAs by providing exceptional customer serviceProvide exceptional customer service by answering telephone inquiries, making outgoing calls, respond to emails and/or faxes as may be requiredTrack and produce daily, weekly and monthly production activity reportsAssist in monthly business activity reporting Who You Are ...
