Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and analysis to business and IT stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to infrastructure, applications, and enterprise services.
- Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Exchange environments, and related technologies.
- Analyze incidents and problems, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Participate in IT and business projects, supporting system implementations and enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational‑efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including incident records, technical procedures, and system changes.
