Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with a cost consultancy in Victoria, British Columbia. The role will involve preparing estimates and cost consultancy services on a different range of projects. This is a hybrid role, with an opportunity to work from home a few days a week.

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be preparing construction cost estimates at various design and construction stages for a wide range of building and infrastructure projects.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor candidate will be PQS qualified, but the company is also open to hiring Junior Quantity Surveyor if they are pursuing their PQS qualification.

This is a hybrid role, with an opportunity to work from home for 2 to 3 days. At the beginning of the job, there may be a requirement to work in the office more often to get familiar with the procedures.
