You translate Alyssa's vision into transparent execution plans, hold the leadership team to a high standard, and drive results across every function of the business.

What You Will Own

1. Company Goals and Execution

• Set and drive company priorities across all departments
• Own the execution calendar and keep initiatives on track
• Remove bottlenecks, make decisions without waiting for direction, and keep the business moving without founder involvement
