Strategic and Business related ProjectsImplementation of Systems, Business Applications and ToolsAd hoc projects to support all business changesDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
International Insurance Business Project Management (MOA):
Attend meetings dedicated to the Project Pipeline road map for CACI, including the Partnership Committees for both the international and Italian businessesEnsure all Departments needs are considered in all projects and that resources and deliverables are clearly communicated to project participants and their ManagersCoordinate training and testing prior to the implementation of a projectImplementation of business projects within CACI for new and existing partnerships, regulatory changes and transformational type projects:
